Where do you ship to?

We ship globally from our warehouses in Japan or Hong Kong. In some rare occasions, couriers may need to temporarily halt services to certain regions due to special circumstances. If shipping to your country is affected, a full refund will be promptly issued.

How can I track my order?

Orders have a processing time of 3–6 business days due to ex/import procedures. Once dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed while the package crosses borders, but will resume standard reporting once it arrives in your destination country.

How much is shipping and duties?

Please see our Shipping Policy for fee and if your order qualifies for free shipping. We currently cover all duties and taxes for all countries except Saudi Arabia. All charges are listed at checkout and there won't be any hidden or additional charges.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, reach out to us right away at info@sumistore.co. We will do our absolute best to assist you before your package is dispatched.

What currency will I be charged in?

The final price at checkout automatically updates to match your delivery country to ensure accurate local pricing. You can browse the site in your preferred currency by using the currency selector in the slide-down menu.
